This delightful cottage is situated in the heart of the village of Killin within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, the first national park in Scotland. Killin is perhaps one of the most picturesque villages in Scotland, with the Falls of Dochart within it and Loch Tay on its doorstep. There is much to do in Killin and the surrounding area, such as walking, fishing, golf, horseriding, cycling, mountain climbing, pleasure boat rides, museums, local heritage sites and much, much more. There are a number of good restaurants and pubs in the village and also within a short drive, many of which provide free entertainment especially at the weekends. It is also very centrally located for visiting areas such as Glencoe (1 Hour 15mins), Pitlochry, Perth, Stirling and Oban (1 Hour), Fortwilliam (2 hours), Loch Ness (2 hours 30 Mins), Gleneagles (1 hour), Edinburgh and Glasgow (1 Hour 30 Mins).
